Top Ten Tuesday #42: Top 10 Books That I Could Re-read Forever

Happy Tuesday, and happy Top Ten Tuesday day, everyone! I know that some parts of the US are (or were) getting some snow, but here in Canada it’s starting to feel like spring! It’s 12 degrees Celsius right now, and I’m just tempted to go out for a walk! Maybe my birthday will actually be a warm one this year, and I can wear a dress! But we shall see, haha. This week’s Top Ten Tuesday theme is all about those books that we could re-read over and over, into infinity! I was surprised that I actually had a bit of a tough time picking 10 though. I thought that I’d struggle with keeping it only at 10. So that was interesting, haha. Continue reading to see which 10 books I would read over and over if I could!

For those of you who don’t know what Top Ten Tuesday is all about, here is a quote
from The Artsy Reader Girl, the host of this weekly meme!

I assign each Tuesday a topic and then post my top ten list that fits that topic. You’re more than welcome to join me and create your own top ten (or 2, 5, 20, etc.) list as well. Feel free to put a unique spin on the topic to make it work for you! Please link back to That Artsy Reader Girl in your own post so that others know where to find more information.

You’ll find the schedule of upcoming TTT topics below so you can plan ahead. I’ll post a Linky here on the blog each week so you can link up your post (if you want). If you don’t have a blog, post your picks in the comment section below! Have tons of fun talking books and getting to know your fellow bloggers!

    1. Thank you! And I’m glad that you agree with those 😉 Also, I keep seeing The Hating Game around haha…maybe it’s a sign that I should pick it up?

    1. Ahhh awesome! Tolkien fans forever!

And ahhhh I devoured the Sword of Truth series when I was between the ages 14 and 19 (or something like that) haha. I still have to get to the newer books he’s written. He ended the series, and then decided to revisit it….so I feel conflicted lmao, cause I said goodbye!

Ahhhh I read A Tale for grad school, and wrote one of my papers on it. It was a masterpiece! <3

  1. Oh man, I ADORED My Lady Jane. I listened to Katherine Kellgren narrating the audiobook and it was hilarious! I read Jane Eyre so long ago but listened to a libravox audio recording of it and didn’t enjoy it BUT I was multitasking and not giving it my full attention, so I plan to reread it in May. Great picks!

    1. YES! I audiobooked parts of it and LOVED the narration. IT was laugh out loud funny. And I’m not sure if Jane Eyre is the most exciting story-wise, since I didn’t pay much attention to that because I was distracted by the language. I just love the writing that we used to get in that time haha

    1. Ahhhhh yess I obviously recommend all of them 😉 but I do know that these books are specific to my taste, and that they might not be for everyone.

I’ll be sure to check out your post! Thanks for reading! 🙂
