It’s time for another Top Ten Tuesday! This week all about fandoms! This should be fun. Let’s see if I can even think of 10! Haha…
For those of you who don’t know what Top Ten Tuesday is all about, here is a quote from The Broke and the Bookish, the genuises behind this weekly meme!
Each week we will post a new Top Ten list that one of our bloggers here at The Broke and the Bookish will answer. Everyone is welcome to join. All we ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post and, if you want to, add your name to the Linky widget on that day’s posts (typically put up midnight EST on Tuesday) so that everyone can check out other bloggers lists! If you don’t have a blog, just post your answers as a comment. Have fun with it! It’s a fun way to get to know your fellow bloggers.
And now that all of the necessary stuff is out of the way….
Yay! You’re a Supernatural fan! I actually didn’t know that!
I’m a Potterhead as well (duh, who here isn’t?) and I love BBC’s Sherlock and Doctor Who
Hehe, I don’t think I’ve mentioned it before! On my blog or on Twitter or anywhere else, hehe. So don’t feel out of the loop or anything 😉
And yay for our shared fandoms! 😀
You and another blogger friend of mine both love Supernatural and I didn’t even know that before following your blogs. I always find it funny when things like that happen. Here’s to fandoms!
Oh yay! Supernatural fans unite!
Stars Wars is such a fun fandom to be part of!
My TTT.
It definitely is! Hehe. I’ve watched and loved the movies since I was a kid!
I just tried to start watching Supernatural, but couldn’t do it! I got two episodes in and I’d already had the crap scared out of me about a billion times. I’m just too much of a scaredy cat! 🙁
Ahhhh yeah the first season is the scariest! Then the second season is the second scariest….and then they kind of changed how the plot was going, so it definitely got less scary. Strangely enough, the first 2 seasons are my favourites though, and I’m a scaredy cat! Maybe I’m a masochistic scaredy cat 😛 haha
I wish I was able to handle it! Even when I’m not watching the show, my imagination goes into hyperdrive. I keep imagining the woman in white from the pilot appearing somewhere in my apt even though there’s no reason why she’d be coming after me! (Plus she was defeated and I live really far away from where she died. Also, she’s not real).
Gahhh yeah I hear that. I still have nightmares and just scary imaginations about the Wendigo episode! And haha yes, none of them are real! But they’re still scary….. 🙁
We share a love of 7 fandoms plus you listed some I didn’t even think of! I don’t know why I didn’t think of the avengers!
Yaaaay! We’re basically besties 😛 hahaha
And don’t worry, I definitely missed some too! Like Game of Thrones…and I’m a BIG fan….sigh
Awesome list! Sherlock, Star Wars and ACOMAF are on my list as well! Have a great week!
Thank you and thanks for reading! Also those are some very awesome fandoms for us to share!! 😀
Harry Potter, LotR, ACOTAR, Sherlock, DW… Great list!
What did you think of The Hobbit movies?
Yesssss! Love those.
And as for The Hobbit movies….I think that there is a bit too much filler, that isn’t of the best quality….but on the other hand I liked that I was able to experience the story for longer because it was 3 times the length than it was supposed to be 🙂 what about you?
I loved the fact that we got to follow Gandalf in the movies! When I read the book I remember I was a bit frustrated that he just came and went all the time.
I agree, though, that especially the second and third movie had a bit much filler. And they just didn’t have the same feel as the LorT. Too much CGI I think. And also something about the colour of the whole movie is very different from LotR.
Still, I loved to see more of Middle Earth and Martin Freeman was perfect as Bilbo!
Yes! I loved that too! I remember I was also frustrated every time that I read The Hobbit because we never got to follow Gandalf and that side of the plot.
Yes, there was definitely too much CGI. I think they’d done an amazing job on the costumes in LOTR, so I’m not sure why they got rid of something that was working and replaced it with something else….
Martin also DEFINITELY made the perfect Bilbo 🙂 I love him so much!
Star Wars and Harry Potter are my jam! I really REALLY want to get into Attack on Titan.
Yesssss love both of those. And I hope that you do get into it! Just a heads up though…that it’s very gory, and also quite sad at times! I’m not usually into sad….but some reason I just really like Attack on Titan. The second season of the anime actually just started too!
This is such a fun idea for a post!! Can I play copycat and do a similar post?
It’s an awesome list btw! Apart from Star Trek, Star Wars and Attack on Titans.. we’re pretty much in the same fandoms 😀
It was so much fun to write and compile this post! And sure go ahead! Although, the idea was not mine but that of the Top Ten Tuesday hosts, hehe. I do recommend that you participate in Top Ten Tuesday though, as it’s a very fun blog meme!
And yay for sharing a lot of fandoms! 😀
Love Harry Potter and Sherlock!
My TTT: https://jjbookblog.wordpress.com/2017/04/04/top-ten-tuesday-101/
Yesss those are gooders! I don’t know what or who I’d be without them!
I don’t think I’ll ever be able to shake my obsession with Sherlock and Harry Potter or The Lord of the Rings for that matter!
Hahaha me either! I’ll be in a rocking chair, probably still quoting from all 3 of those!
I like the sound of that!
Love this! Awesome blog!
Thanks so much!!! 😀
Avengers! (And Marvel in general!) Doctor Who! Sherlock! AHHH! So many favorites. In particular, I adore the scene/episode with the GIF you choose. 🙂
