This one required a little more thinking for me, since I’ve kind of shut off the “thinking hard” part of my brain since I finished school (haha, my brain is taking a nice long, well-earned break okay?!) But I did manage to come up with more than 10 after going through my Goodreads “read” list. I’ll even be doing some honourable mentions again this week, because it was really difficult to pick just TEN!
For those of you who don’t know what Top Ten Tuesday is all about, here is a quote from The Broke and the Bookish, the genuises behind this weekly meme!
Each week we will post a new Top Ten list that one of our bloggers here at The Broke and the Bookish will answer. Everyone is welcome to join. All we ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post and, if you want to, add your name to the Linky widget on that day’s posts (typically put up midnight EST on Tuesday) so that everyone can check out other bloggers lists! If you don’t have a blog, just post your answers as a comment. Have fun with it! It’s a fun way to get to know your fellow bloggers.
And now that all of the necessary stuff is out of the way, here goes! ….again!
Oh Memoirs of a Geisha! That was a good one. Great list!
Yeahh! I read it in grade 8, so I think that some of it was lost on me. So, I think that I will have to re-read it soon!
I need to read Star touched Queen!!! I’ve felt like it’s been on my tbr for so long now .
Ohhhhh it was on my TBR for like EVER before I could finally get to it. Hope you get to read it soon! 🙂
I enjoyed reading Memoirs of a Geisha. It’s a fun read. I wish Arthur Golden would write more books.

I wouldn’t say that I had fun reading Memoirs of a Geisha, haha. I feel as if I was more sad than anything! But I’m glad you had fun with it! Thanks so much for reading and commenting!
Excellent choices- I particularly like memoirs of a geisha!!
Memoirs seems to be a favourite hehehe 😉
Thanks so much for reading and leaving a comment!
ah I’m glad 🙂 You’re welcome!
So many great books!!! I really need to add The Star-Touched Queen to my TBR list. I’ve seen it on a few lists today. Great list!
Thanks so much for reading! And yessss The Star-Touched Queen was fantastic! I hope that you get to read it soon 🙂
Marissa Meyer’s ‘Lunar’ books are among my list that I absolutely MUST read. I hear amazing things about them, and am super excited to (someday) mark them as “read.” BRING on the fairy tale vibes! 🙂
Yessss! I really need to continue reading and finish the Lunar series. It’s so good. And yes I love unique fairytale retellings! 😀
I’ve only read the HP book, and it was good and unique. Great choice!
Thank you! And thanks so much for reading and sharing your thoughts 🙂
Reading Cinder now and its good in a unique sort of way! And I Darken was also definitely unique! I’m surprised I don’t hear more about that one… you can’t say she wasn’t super powerful though, wow! What a great list, very eclectic!
Thanks! And thanks for reading 🙂 Cinder is definitely unique. Such a cool twist on the original. Also yes, I’m surprised not to see And I Darken around more, hehe. Maybe I just think it’s unique because I’m Transylvanian 😛 hahaha
Love Harry Potter! Haven’t read any of the others, but a few of them are on my TBR.
