As I will not be making many blog posts for the next few weeks, other than reviews (probably), I thought that I should at least put up some updates about the first readathon which I am participating in….#ReadThemAllThon!

So, thus far…I have had a bit of a late start because I was still reading Nevernight by Jay Kristoff (my review for which you can find here) when the readathon started. Once I was finished Nevernight, I was also experiencing quite an intense book hangover! I’m still not over it really, and I’m worried that it may have influenced my experience with Victoria Schwab’s This Savage Song, which is the first book I chose to read for the contest.

Anyway…I managed to finish This Savage Song, even though it took me longer than it should have, because of emotions and work and other things. But yay! I now have my Marsh Badge! And my Pichu has also evolved into Pikachu and is now at 241 CP!

I have now started on the 2nd book which I’ve selected for #ReadThemAllThon, Ghostly Echoes by William Ritter, and I think that I should get through it pretty quickly. I read a preview for this book a few months back, and then the publisher granted my wish on NetGalley to read the full book! Yay! You can look forward to hearing my opinions on that book very soon!

As for This Savage Song, I will begin working on my review for it right after this post goes live. So you should be expecting the review to go up either today or early tomorrow! And then Cascade Badge here I come! Ghostly Echoes will likely make me bawl my eyes out, and I’m going camping for 3 days, but I’ll get it done!
