Outdoor School: Tree, Wildflower, and Mushroom Spotting: The Definitive Interactive Nature Guide is a great book for anyone interested in exploring the outdoors. The first thing I noticed about the book was the great quality of the cover and pages—it was definitely designed with it in mind that this book would likely be taken outdoors (as it should be). The book starts off with a helpful introduction that gives an overview of the types of plants and trees featured in the book. Each illustration includes helpful labels that give the name of the plant, its characteristics, and any other facts that are relevant.
The latter part of the book is then interactive and encourages readers to go out and explore nature. Overall, Outdoor School: Tree, Wildflower, and Mushroom Spotting: The Definitive Interactive Nature Guide is an excellent book for anyone who wants to learn more about the natural world. It has beautiful illustrations, useful information, and engaging activities that will help readers to explore and connect with nature.
