The first thing that caught my eye about the Book-To-Table Classics is their beautiful covers! Aren’t they lovely? I also liked the idea of exploring recipes from the times and locations of both Pride and Prejudice and A Christmas Carol! I’m quite the foodie, and have noticed food in every book that I read for as long as I can remember. The classics are no exception! I remember that I’ve looked up a number of dishes that I came across in some of the classics that I’ve read, and found helpful to less-helpful results.

I’m, therefore, so happy that Puffin Books has come up with this series of Book-To-Table Classics! Each of these books is bound very nicely (and quite sturdily) which is always something that I appreciate, especially for books that I would read around and in the kitchen. The interiors of these books are also designed quite nicely with embellishments and illustrations and photography that goes quite nicely with each respective classic and the recipes that go with it. These books are quite a treat to have for those who are lovers of the classics and of food like myself, and I highly recommend them as gifts to oneself and/or for the other foodies in your life who also enjoy the classics!

THANK YOU FOR READING MY BOOK REVIEW! HAVE YOU READ THIS BOOK? WHAT DID YOU THINK? AND IF YOU HAVEN’T READ IT YET, DO YOU WANT TO, OR NOT? HOW COME? LET ME KNOW IN THE COMMENTS BELOW!
