– My Review –

I had become a little skeptical when it comes to makeup primers because I have tried them in the past, and while they have worked, there have also been some downsides to them. When I say that they worked, I mean that yes, they kept my makeup on longer. And when it comes to issues, I mean that there would be flaking, buildup of product in certain areas, and even oiliness in some spots just a few hours into wearing the primer under my makeup. I have combination skin, so I always struggle with my skin being too dry in places (causing flakiness, yugh), and too oily in others (double yugh)! Something about the formula used in this Nude by Nature primer though really seems to work with my skin. Everything stayed on nicely an remained matte, and there was also no flaking and no product clumping. After trying it out a few times, I found that my skin also didn’t rebel by breaking out (which I think definitely has to do with the ingredients used in this primer). I’m really happy with this and will be buying a full-sized tube once I run out of this sample tube! I am also eager to try out more products from Nude by Nature, since this was my first experience with one of their products, and I’m thoroughly impressed.
