You’re obviously all aware that I’m a bibliophile. Right? And a lot of you probably also know that I love to travel the world (when time and the budget allows)! Well, Oldest has put together an infographic which combines these two loves of mine: Top 11 Bucket List Libraries from around the world! So, whether you’re a bibliophile, or a traveller, or both, come virtually travel the world with me as we visit the most bucket list-worthy libraries!

Just looking at the scale of the collected works that can be found at some of our world’s most amazing libraries is astonishing for the power of human accomplishment. Take the Trinity College Library in Dublin, which can grant access to over 5 million books. It’s mind boggling.
There are stunning libraries to visit around the world, but taking into account historical importance, Oldest has collected their top 11 bucket list libraries that, though they house invaluable artifacts, can still be visited by the public today.
Dating back as far as 6th Century Egypt and spanning the Middle East, Asia, Australia and Europe, these treasured collections deserve to be on your vacation itinerary.
I have been lucky enough to visit Trinity College Library and the State Library in NSW, but there are still plenty more libraries I would love to check out! Like the one in Brazil…
Ahhh cool! I feel like I’ve never visited an epic library before…and I should fix that
