Jin and his kisses were such a hit last month that I decided to let him send you more kisses with this July wrap-up! Wow, it’s August already! I don’t know if I feel as if July went by quickly or slowly…it seems to change for me depending on the day. But I feel like it’s the former more than the latter. Summers usually fly by for me because I’m a lot more busy with friends and family while we’re enjoying the (usually) nicer weather here in Canada. Winter has all of us feeling a lot more lethargic, which is fine since that means more reading and blogging time for me. But anyways, here is what’s been going on on Flavia the Bibliophile in the past month!

I like finding bloggers/vloggers who have similar tastes as me. Not only do I find good books in my preferred genres etc, but I also generally end up being introduced to some new books and/or authors as well. 🙂

Very true! I remember the Dark Ages..when I would struggle to find things to read….those were terrible times.
I’m almost always in the “I have so many books I want to read that I can’t decide which to read first” struggle.

I got “The Last Magician” in this month’s LitJoy box so I’ll be reading that one soon. I also have “My Lady Jane” waiting on my shelf! It looks good, I’m excited for it. And I have seriously been so excited for “Wonder Woman: Warbringer” since I learned about it.
The Last Magician is really good! Was just a bit of a slow start for me hehe. I’m also excited for Wonder Woman: Warbringer! And you should join the readalong I’m hosting throughout August for My Lady Jane! 😀
OOO! So many good summer flicks (none of which I got to the theater to see – oops!). Looking forward to ‘Guardians,’ ‘Spider-Man,’ and of course ‘Pirates’! So excited we have a new installment in that franchise.
I’m also excited about “Wonder Woman” (Leigh’s book) and ‘Wesley’ looks suuper cute. In fact, that’s one I recently added to my shelf. 🙂
Yesssss, the Pirates movie made me happy. I didn’t like the 4th movie too much, so the 5th was a nice change.
I hope that you get to see all of those movies soon! And that you enjoy Wonder Woman and Wesley James when you get to reading them! 😀
