    1. Thank you! I will have some vacation time this year (unlike last year) so I’m hoping to get a good chunk of my reading done then hahaha. And I’m glad it’s not just me who’s like “Woa March?! But how?!” hahaha

  1. You had a pretty good reading month in February, and I totally think you should ignore the Goodreads Reading Challenge pressuring you with the whole “being behind” thing. It’s far too early to worry about something like that. We still have 10 more months of the year with which to read all the books. Also, I admire your ability to set your reading goal at 200 books; I always start off around 100 and then increase it sporadically through the year once it becomes obvious that I’m actually reading a lot more than the doubtful side of myself planned.

    1. You know you’re so right! I have been working on ignoring that little “heads up” thingy. It’s very negative if you’re behind, and like you said there’s a lot of time to catch up. And I was just saying to someone else that I will have vacation time this year unlike last year, so I’m hoping to get a good chunk of reading done then 🙂

And I used to set it to around 100 and then change it if I passed 100. But the one year it backfired on me when I set the goal too high the second time hahaha. And now it’s stuck saying that I didn’t make my goal that year. So I guess I’m trying something new this year….and hoping that if I don’t actually reach my goal this year…the Goodreads badge thing will actually be warranted 😛

      1. That little “heads up” thing always makes me want to change my goal to something much higher. Right now I’m at 48 books read out of a goal of 125, so it’s saying that I am 27 books ahead of schedule. But I’m just in a position to read a lot right now, and I don’t know what will happen when my work position/schedule changes next month, so I wait until I’m definitely going to exceed my goal before I bump it up again, lol.
