– My Review –

I have tried a number of non-dairy ice creams before (I do not remember who made them), and always found that they were lacking. They just weren’t delicious enough to make up for the lack of dairy. I love the flavour of dairy, but my stomach and skin are not great fans of it. Anyway, when I saw that Breyers would be coming out with a non-dairy ice cream, I knew that I had to try it! I have tried Breyers ice cream before, and had faith that their non-dairy options would be delicious as well. I was selected to try out the Vanilla Peanut Butter flavour (although the Cookies & Cream option sounds delicious as well) and was very excited about this because I love both vanilla and peanut butter. I will admit that I was a little afraid that I might be let down again flavour-wise … but it turns out that I had nothing to worry about! The Vanilla Peanut Butter flavour is delicious, and I couldn’t even tell that it was made with almonds / almond milk! To be honest, if I hadn’t know that it was non-dairy, I might not have been able to tell. I also really enjoyed the sheets of peanut butter layered throughout the tub, and find that the peanut butter and vanilla flavours compliment each other very well. This has definitely been the best non-dairy ice cream that I’ve tried so far, and I will for sure be purchasing the vanilla peanut butter flavour again, and will also be trying to cookies and cream flavour for sure! I definitely recommend this product!
